Return and Refund Policy for Shagun Fashion

Thank you for shopping at Shagun Fashion. We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your clothing, we are here to help.

 1. Return Window

  • You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria.

       The clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

       It must be in the original packaging with all Shagun Fashion tags still attached.

       Items with makeup stains, deodorant marks, or scents (perfume/detergent) will not be accepted.

 3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

●   Innerwear or Lingerie.

    Customizable/Tailored garments.

     Items marked as "Final Sale."

4. How to Start a Return

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at zankhiboutique@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is authorized, we will provide instructions on where to send your package.

5. Return Shipping Costs

       Defective or Wrong Item: If the return is due to our error (wrong size sent or manufacturing defect), Shagun Fashion will cover the return shipping costs.

       Change of Mind: For standard returns (size preference or style choice), the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

       Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 business days.

       Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

7. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product in a different size, please email us at zankhiboutique@gmail.com.
